The university director, Professor Khaled Rouaski, held an extensive meeting with the representatives of the university’s scientific clubs on December 21, 2023, in the presence of the vice-director of the university for external relations, Dr. Zakaria Hocine, and the vice-director of scientific, cultural, and sports activities, Mr. Saïd Emerzouguen. The meeting took place in the main auditorium of the Faculty of Economic Sciences.
In his opening speech, the university director emphasized the importance of the role of scientific clubs in the university through various scientific, cultural, and sports activities, as well as lectures and meetings. He called on these clubs to mobilize and raise awareness among students about the importance of innovation and creativity, urging them to actively participate in implementing the comprehensive reform strategy of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamel Baddari. He also called for the organization of awareness campaigns about the objectives of this strategy, as the student is at the heart of this strategy.
Subsequently, representatives of the scientific clubs presented all the demands, concerns, suggestions, shortcomings, and obstacles faced by these clubs within the university.
The university director then intervened extensively to address all the concerns raised and promised to provide all the material and human resources allowing the scientific clubs to implement their various programs, thus contributing to the scientific, cultural, and sports dynamics of the university. He also promised to organize other meetings in the future.
Afterwards, the university director oversaw the distribution of approval decisions for the academic year 2023/2024.
