This convention aims to strengthen cooperation between the two parties, especially in the fields of economics, information and communication sciences, physical education and sports, by exchanging experiences in higher education and scientific research, supporting scientific research activities, organizing scientific events, and exploiting the documentary resources of both institutions.
This convention will also contribute to strengthening and ensuring quality training for teachers specialized in teaching and educating deaf and hard of hearing students in secondary education.
